Bringing the benefits of a vinyassa style yoga to you on your schedule. Morning and noon sessions available.  

Workplace Wellness Rates

Yoga - $75 + gst

60 minute gentle yoga class, led by a certified yoga instructor.   Mats are not included, but are available to rent for $2 each. 

1/2 Day Wellness - $15 per person + gst  (minimum 15 people)

Full Day Wellness - $25 per person + gst  (minimum 15 people)

A mind-body experience, inclusive to all staff, with the intention to relieve stress and build team cohesion through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, mediation and team building.

"A Warrior's Journey to Mindfulness" - 5 weeks - $75 per week
Classes are 60 minutes, to run daily for one week or once weekly for 5 weeks. 

An introductory session designed to teach the warrior in you how to live mindfully and in the present moment. This session is about self-care and giving yourself permission to slow down and enjoy time away from the stressors of everyday life. You will be guided through mindfulness practices, meditation & gentle yoga. You will learn to find acceptance, listen to your heart and live a more resilient life. The benefits of mindfulness practices are numerous and Harmony Warrior Yoga hopes to share this journey with you.

As adults in the present day, we live in a fast paced world with many stressors and expectations. The practice of yoga and mindfulness helps to bring our minds and bodies back into a place of harmony and balance. 

Yoga and mindfulness is becoming increasingly popular in the workplace. Many companies now recognize the value of yoga and are offering classes to their employees as part of their stress reduction and corporate wellness programs and to promote self care throughout the workday. 

One of the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness are developing an awareness of the effects of stress in our lives, and the skills with which to manage them. These benefits naturally extend from the individual participant to the work environment in which they are contributing. Regular practice is known to bring improved health in mind and body, increased energy, well-being and productivity.

Unlike other exercise routines yoga is low impact, improves strength and flexibility, builds concentration, and reduces mental and physical stress and tension. In addition, yoga is known to eradicate fatigue and generate energy, all of which lead to increased productivity and morale. Yoga exercises are simple and can be modified for different skill levels and abilities - perfect for the office environment!
