Integrating Yoga Into The Classroom

image2 (2).jpeg

We are excited to work with all grade levels leading Harmony Warrior Kids Yoga classes.

We recognize that kids need yoga in their lives.  We welcome the opportunity to work alongside educators, parents and communities to help teach youth to breathe, move and live as warriors of harmony for themselves and the world around them.

Student lives can be very challenging for a multitude of reasons. Every child has the right to feel inspired, to live fully in the moment and to embrace every opportunity with confidence.

We believe that Harmony Warrior Kids Yoga teaches more than physical poses and at the end of the day, children who have been exposed to yoga will better understand how to remain calm in the eye of a storm.

We have created fun, engaging and interactive yoga classes for grades K-12, which are inclusive and can be easily adapted to suit the needs of the school and the students.

Please contact us by telephone, email or complete the form below. We will make every effort to respond to you in a timely manner with all your questions answered.
