This family yoga class will be a great way to reconnect and bond together as a family. With the recent return to school and extra curricular activities there is no better place to create balance then on our yoga mat. The class will be playful, creative, and fun; incorporating themes of fall and new beginnings. This class will be our last outdoor class of the season and we anticipate a beautiful colorful day for our practice. All families welcome.
