Moving into December we have an opportunity to dedicate our yoga practice in service for others. Together throughout the yoga class we will inspire one another on ways we can bring peace and love into the world. Yogis will leave with a new appreciation for what they have and will be ready to lend a helping hand no matter the circumstance. Our yoga practice will be followed by a small craft.

In addition we will be collecting small stocking stuffers to be donated to children less fortunate at this time. Please donate what you can.
